Conditions for Return

  1. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit
  2. Items must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
  3. Original invoice must be included with returns.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Petcozzies staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items.

What are my choices for returns?

All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, please let us know via our returns form in your return package or you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our site. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

Faulty Items

For faulty or incorrect items, we can refund via the payment method used when placing the order or provide store credit or exchange. 

How to Return

  1. COMPLETE
    Please download our returns form and include it with your return package along with the original invoice. Click HERE to download the returns form. 
  2. PACK
    Neatly and securely pack your Petcozzies, invoice and complete returns form.
  3. SEND
    Drop your return package to the nearest postal service addressed as follows:

We recommend you:

(1) Use a traceable delivery method for all returns (such as a 500g registered post envelope or express post, majority of our items should fit in them) and;

(2) Insure your delivery for safe return to Petcozzies so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to the product during the return postage process.
