  1. Do you deliver internationally?
    Although Petcozzies focuses on the Australian market, we do fulfil international orders. Please email us at info@petcozzies.com and we will happily provide you with a quotation.
  1. The product I want is unavailable. How do I know when a size/design is back in stock?
    Apologies for any inconvenience caused. From time to time, there is an over demand for Petcozzies. We receive regular deliveries so please email us at info@petcozzies.com with the name of the item & size, and we will let you know as soon as it’s available.

    Alternatively, please click the “Notify Me When Item Is Back In Stock” button; underneath the dropdown box on the relevant product page. 

  2. The promotional code entered does not work. Can you help?
    Firstly check that the promo code is valid & entered correctly (Note: codes are case sensitive). If you are still having issues, please email us at info@petcozzies.com
  1. Has my order been shipped yet? How do I track my delivery? Why is my tracking number not working?
    We aim to send out orders by COB the next business day. Once dispatched, we will provide a shipping confirmation email to you with the tracking number and a link to auspost.com.au/track.

    Sometimes it takes overnight for tracking numbers to become active. If your tracking number is still not working after 48 hours, please contact us at info@petcozzies.com.

  2. How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?
    Please allow 8-10 business days for orders within Australia. If your product has not arrived within this time, please contact orders@petcozzies.com with your receipt no. in the subject header. 
  1. I need my product within 1-2 days. Can I arrange to get it sooner?
    Yes. If you require next business day delivery, please contact us on orders@petcozzies.com and we can arrange for your item to be express posted. Please note that additional postage & handling fees apply.
  1. I need help with the sizing of a product. Where do I find this information?

    Please refer to our Size Guide located in the top toolbar throughout the site if you are unsure. If you require further assistance, please contact us at info@petcozzies.com

  2. I need to return a product. How do I do that?
    Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

  3. I’ve returned items back from my order. Have you received them?
    It takes time to process a return and is also dependent on the postal service you have chosen (e.g. Express Post should reach us the next business day).

    As per our Return and Exchange policy, the best way to check is using an Auspost trackable service. Pet Cozzies aims to process all returns within 5 business days of receipt.

  4. What payment options are available?
    We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal.
